Students will receive a certificate of completion from Kore Plus Training. The programme is recognised by the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) and the National Pilates Certification Program (NPCP).

Our curriculum includes detailed and easy to understand explanations for all of the exercises.

In addition to all of the exercises on equipment, our curriculum includes training modules around:
