Our Curriculum:

Our mat pilates teacher training curriculum designed to maximise your education and skills set, includes the original 37 Joseph Pilates exercises, plus 70 additional exercises. A rich library of educational resources and support, tests and quizzes, knowledge guides, and workbooks are provided.

Certification:

You will receive a certificate of complettion from Kore Plus Training, recognised Internationally and Nationally.
