  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and Direct Debit for your convenience.
  • What are the operating hours of Kore+?
    We are open Monday to Sunday for classes that range from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Saturday to Sunday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
  • Do you offer free parking?
    We do not offer parking for members and guests at our facilities. There is a free car park nearby, paid parking streets nearby, and a storey car park.
  • Is there a minimum age requirement to join Kore+?
    We currently do not offer teenage classes at the moment, thus, members must be 21 years of age or above.
  • What amenities are available at Kore+?
    We have WC facility, and an area for shoes, coats, and bags which can be stored for class. No lockers or shower facilities.
  • How can I view the class schedule?
    Our class schedule is available on our website, and avaialbe to download the momence mobile app.
  • Do I need to pre-register for classes?
    Yes, you will need to sign up and read and agree to the studio waiver and terms & conditions, as well as fill out the general health questionnaire to determine your readiness for physical activity.
  • What should I bring to class?
    We recommend bringing a water bottle, towel, and appropriate workout attire. For yoga and Pilates, bringing your own mat is not needed, although if you prefer a pilates mat then please bring your own and you can place them on top of the studio regular mats. If you are attending pre-natal or post-natal pregnancy classes then you may need to bring your own pregnancy ball.
  • Are your classes suitable for beginners?
    Yes, we offer classes for all fitness levels. Our instructors provide modifications to suit beginners as well as advanced participants. However, reading the class descriptions thoroughly is recommended.
  • What types of passes/memberships do you offer?
    We offer a variety of membership options that auto-renew each month via credit card or direct debit. Monies is taking on the 1st of each month and credits are automatically show on your profile. Passes do not automatically renew however, so need to be purchased each time.
  • How do I sign up for a membership?
    You can sign up for a membership online through our website, or via the Momence mobile app.
  • Can I pause or cancel my membership?
    Yes, members can pause membership once per year, or cancel their membership at any time. Please email info@koreplusstudio.co.uk to request pause or cancellation.
  • Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?
    There may be additional fees for services such as personal training, subscriptions, specialty classes, guest passes, and reformer classes. Please check membership and class descriptions for specific details.
