Absolutely! We offer a free trial pass so you can experience our classes, meet our instructors, and explore our studio. Sign up online to get started.
For in-studio classes, bring comfortable workout clothes and a water bottle. We provide all necessary equipment, but feel free to bring your own yoga mat for yoga and Pilates classes - just place it on top of the studio one's if they've been laid out already. For online classes, ensure you have a stable internet connection and enough space to move.
Yes, we do! Lynsey is our certified personal trainer who can create a customised pilates plan tailored to your goals. Personal training sessions can be booked individually or in packages. Contact us to learn more and schedule a session.
We offer both live and pre-recorded classes. Our live classes provide real-time interaction with instructors, while our on-demand library lets you work out at your convenience.
Yes, you can pause your membership once per year if you need to take a break. We require one month's notice period to cancel. Please review our Membership Terms or email.
Reformer classes only. Entitles the holder to enjoy 12 reformer classes per month for £240.
Unlimited studio on-the-mat classes. Including yoga and mat pilates but not reformer classes. £95 per month.
15 credits for on-the-mat classes. Does not include reformer classes. £80 per month.
10 credits per month. Any on-the-mat classes but not reforemer classes. £65 per month
4 credits per month for £40. To use in any on-the-mat classess but not the reformer.
